about

Rosebery Playgroup

Rosebery Playgroup is a non-profit organisation located in Rosebery Hall, South Queensferry, catering to two-year-olds and operating successfully for over four decades. At Rosebery, we are dedicated to providing a fun and stimulating environment for your child’s early learning and development. Our playgroup prides itself on fostering an atmosphere of creativity and imagination, allowing children to explore and express themselves freely. Our team of qualified and experienced staff ensures every child has the opportunity to experience a wide range of activities, from arts and crafts to outdoor games, all designed to help them develop important social and emotional skills. At Rosebery, we understand that leaving your child in someone else’s care can be daunting. That’s why we strive to create a warm and friendly atmosphere where children feel secure, valued and happy. We believe in the importance of building strong relationships with both children and parents to best support your child’s development. So, if you’re in search of a nurturing and engaging playgroup for your two-year-old, look no further than Rosebery Playgroup.

What parents say

★★★★★

“From start to finish, our Playgroup journey has been amazing! The information pack was so helpful prior to settling in and a great talking point with my child. There was a clear pattern to the morning with caring, nurturing staff who took time to get to know my child and distracted him when he was unsettled. I loved that he wasn’t pressured to join in with things until he felt comfortable.”

“The connections the staff make with the children are precious. The staff know my little boy so well – what he likes/dislikes and how to encourage him to be more independent while still supporting him with what he needs. The hall and garden are excellent and there is always a great variety of toys, activities and themes which I think is great.”

My daughter loved every moment and we were always confident that she was so well looked after. Staff go above and beyond.”
